Do I need followers?

No. We hire for camera presence. Some briefs post on fresh accounts and some footage runs on our own channels, so your reach is irrelevant.

How much will I actually make?

Base pay per approved video plus a view bonus. Most active creators land between $1,000 and $3,000 a month. Your exact rate is written in the brief before you film anything.

Which apps would I film for?

Archives (history education), Interior Design Clinic (AI interior design), NextStep (career prep) and Batootah (travel itineraries), with more launching. You get matched to the apps that fit you.

Do I have to show my face?

Face-and-voice briefs pay best, and there are voiceover and screen-recording briefs too. Tell us your comfort level in the form and we match you accordingly.

How and when do I get paid?

Monthly, in USD, via Wise or PayPal.

Can I apply from anywhere?

Yes, the roster is fully remote. English briefs come first. Arabic briefs are growing fast, especially for Archives.

Who owns the videos?

Affinity Labs owns the delivered ad content. You keep the right to show your work in your portfolio.
